Inquirer and Mirror Selects Merlin Digital Asset Management

BRAINTREE, MA (Jan. 20, 2022) — The Inquirer and Mirror newspaper in Nantucket, MA, has signed for a hosted Merlin DAM solution. Founded in 1821, The Inquirer and Mirror publishes once a week in addition to publishing numerous magazines and guides. They went through several acquisitions (independent owners, Ottaway, NewsCorp, Gatehouse) and were eventually sold by Gatehouse to a new independent owner in late 2020.

Through the implementation and use of a Merlin DAM solution, internal challenges around archived content management and efficient asset retrieval will be solved for the media company.
